We don't deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

General Delivery Terms & Conditions

Yukka uses a combination of couriers to despatch orders, most commonly RoyalMail, UKMail, DHL and Business Post. Logging into your account online to view tracking information under "Order History".

All deliveries require a signature and are typically delivered between 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Should someone not be available at the address to sign for the package then the package is returned to your local collection office for delivery at a later date.

Important: When you place your first order with us, we can only ship to your credit card billing address, i.e. the address the bank has you registered at. On your second and subsequent orders you can specify an alternative address* (To ship first time orders to an alternate address please read this FAQ). By specifying an alternative address it may delay your order by 24 hours due to the security checks that we need to perform before despatching your order.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your items you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, you can exchange your item within a period of 28 days from receipt of your order.

Extended Christmas Returns

For returns extending into January over and above our normal returns terms a credit note will be offered for future purchases unless goods are faulty.


For Exchanges or Credit Vouchers

We will happily swap your item over for another. We can exchange to items/sizes shown online.

Exchanges will incur a reshipping fee of £2.50 (Our standard delivery charge)

A voucher/credit note can also be offered so you can shop online at your own pleasure.

For Refunds

Buyers are responsible for all return costs, we recommend that you use a trackable service depending on your item value.

Original postage costs are non refundable, orders which originally qualified for free shipping will be refunded minus postal fees.

Refunds will only be provided for faulty goods or due to incorrect product being dispatched. For other reasons a replacement or credit voucher will be provided.

For Defective or Incorrect Items

We endeavor to maintain high levels of quality in our service and products, however in the event that the item you received is either damaged or incorrect we will happily provide an exchange to a item and will cover reasonable return shipping costs upto 1st class recorded delivery. Please follow the returns guide detailed below and please state the reason for your return when completing our online returns form.

Making a return or exchange is easy. All you need to do is send the items to the following address:

Please clearly quote order number, your name, contact number and the size you want in exchange. Without these details it will be difficult for us to serve you quicker.

Our Returns Terms & Conditions 

Please package your item as securely as is was sent (hats should not be squashed/creased, tags should still be appended, items should not have been worn, etc). – Should your item arrive in a condition which is deemed unsaleable your return will be declined. Goods claimed to be damaged and without original appended tags may also be declined. 

Non-returnable items include: DVD's, CD's, customised clothing and accessories, Earrings and any other sealed item.

Yukka cannot be held responsible for a returned package until it has reached us. We advise to send goods back via recorded delivery and to keep a copy of the receipt with tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for items missplaced in post by RoyalMail or any other courier.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for unwanted goods.
